MANAGEMENT

I am the world's worst when it comes to management. I just don't think I have the mind for it. Other people can walk into a situation and know exactly what to do and when, while I am still in a stage of observation. I used to be better at management, but then I made so many mistakes that over time I deferred more and more to others. A lot of people, though, confuse management with leadership, which is essentially management plus vision.
